Weil man in England, wie in Deutschland, wegen dieser Definition nur mit staatlich Autorisierung um Geld Pokern darf (bei uns also in Casinos), bietet sich jetzt eine Gelegenheit, das zu revidieren:<br \/>\nEin Londoner Gastwirt, Derek Kelly, besteht darauf, dass Pokern mehr mit K\u00f6nnen als mit Gl\u00fcck zu tun hat; er bietet Turniere in seinem Lokal an und l\u00e4sst es auf einen Prozess ankommen:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>After a year-long investigation by the Metropolitan Police and the Gambling Commission, Mr Kelly has been charged with breaching the Gaming Act and could face jail if he is found guilty.
