Jetzt wissen Sie&#8217;s: <a href=\"http:\/\/dilbertblog.typepad.com\/the_dilbert_blog\/\" target=_new>Dilbertblog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Und da finde ich doch einige wundervolle Gedanken zu meiner immer noch offenen Frage: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vorspeisenplatte.de\/speisen\/2006\/10\/wohin-mit-unseren-deppen.htm\">Wohin mit unseren Deppen?<\/a> Und zwar zu echten Deppen:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Most enlightened people agree that discrimination is bad. The thing they can\u2019t agree on is who should be on the protected list. The general rule is that you shouldn\u2019t discriminate against people for things they can\u2019t control, such as gender, ethnicity or disability. But there are some interesting exceptions to the rule.<\/p>\n<p>For example, it\u2019s totally legal for an employer to reject a stupid person even though stupid people can\u2019t control being stupid. (&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>You might argue that it is in society\u2019s overwhelming best interest to discriminate against stupid people because otherwise the economy would crumble. But I would argue that if idiots couldn\u2019t get jobs for which they are unqualified, your workplace would be empty right now. And that wouldn\u2019t be good for the economy either.
