Doch meine Wehmut \u00fcber das Verschwinden gleicht der Nostalgie, mit der ich an die Zeiten denke, zu denen man im spanischen Heimatdorf meiner Gro\u00dfmutter das Trinkwasser in Kanistern aus der n\u00e4chsten Stadt holen  musste: Die Ver\u00e4nderung bedeutete Verbesserung. Also freue ich mich, dass ich die Speisen und Getr\u00e4nke in diesen <i>tea rooms<\/i> noch selbst kosten konnte, erinnere mich aber genauso intensiv an die Erleichterung, als ich auch in England endlich anst\u00e4ndigen Kaffee und frische Sandwiches statt grauem Tee in Pappbechern und fettschwimmende Spiegeleier mit glasigen Pommes bekam.<br \/>\nUnd doch &#8211; <i>heartbreaking<\/i>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Drei Filmchen \u00fcber die aussterbenden tea rooms, grills, caf\u00e9s in London.
