So schlecht und unruhig geschlafen, dass ich \u00fcber das Weckerklingeln deutlich vor sechs erleichtert war.<\/p>\n

Ich trank noch verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig gem\u00fctlich meinen Milchkaffee, bevor ich zum Langhanteltraining aufbrach. Die Schneestiefel hatte ich schon am Vorabend aus dem Keller geholt, ich stapfte jahreszeitlich ausger\u00fcstet \u00fcber den d\u00fcnnen Schnee.<\/p>\n

Sport machte Spass, zu meiner \u00dcberraschung wurde noch nach dem Plan von 2016 gehoben (n\u00e4chste Woche gibt es das neue Programm). Von dort mit der U-Bahn in die Arbeit.<\/p>\n

Nach Feierabend S-Bahnfahrt mit Herrn Kaltmamsell zu einem Familientreffen der eigenen Generation in die Vorstadt, dort k\u00f6stliches asiatisches Essen.<\/p>\n
